This is a public art proposal in Taipei Metro - Zhonghe metro station.

作品設置於捷運穿堂層，以軌道發展的路線象徵城市空間交錯的景象，並以車輪的滾輪移動造成旋轉圓盤產生光點或旋轉，呼應時間流轉下城市變化的過程，亦象徵捷運帶動了城市的繁榮。旋轉圓盤圖案結合茶花意象的線條造型，而色彩取自中和區聚落樣貌，如自然風景、傳統建築及現代家屋，以這些抽象的圖像、多彩的顏色來呈現城市繁華的繽紛氣質。
